New Mercedes-Benz B-Class, competent Chev Captiva - and a red-hot Ferrari racing car

After a four-week break, RPM TV returns to SuperSport with another action-packed 13-episode series of exciting, flat-out motoring action. RPM TV is where you’ll find the latest motoring news, in-depth road tests, new model impressions, and exclusive track tests.

This week, we drive the brand-new Mercedes-Benz B-class – a compact MPV that Mercedes hopes will appeal to a wider audience. We also get behind the wheel of the Chev Captiva 2.2 LTZ – a feisty SUV with an impressive turbodiesel drivetrain.

For motorsport fans, there’s a track test of a Ferrari 360 Modena Challenge racer. The Italian thoroughbred not only sounds spectacular, but will also be one of the many exciting sports cars competing in next weekend’s Renault Simola Hillclimb in Knysna.

Changes at SuperSport mean that RPM TV now moves to SuperSport 6 for the majority of its transmissions, with the Thursday morning broadcast on the MNET main channel the only exception.

However, the time slot remains the same: as always, RPM TV premieres on Wednesday evening at 20h30 – on SuperSport 6 and SS6 Africa, followed by Thursday morning’s 08h30 broadcast on MNET, SS6 and SS6 Africa. As always, there are several repeat broadcasts – all on SuperSport 6.

As live sport does affect the scheduling on SuperSport, please check the latest transmission schedule on the RPM TV website at www.rpmtv.co.za. You can also search for RPM under ‘Motorsport’ on the SuperSport website, or the Electronic Programme Guide accessible on Channel 100.

This week's complete transmission schedule is as follows:
Wednesday 16 May 20h30 SS6/SS6 Africa
Thursday 12 May 08h30 MNET/SS6/SS6 Africa
Thursday 12 May 21h00 SS6/SS6 Africa
Friday 13 May 15h00 SS6/SS6 Africa
Friday 13 May 20h30 SS6/SS6 Africa

RPM TV is proudly sponsored by Continental Tyre.
